HOSPICE CARE

Compassionate Care When Moments Matter Most

We have partnered with Five Star Home Hospice, Inc. to help those in our care and their families to live as fully as possible when facing the end of life. We believe regardless of age, race, handicap, sex, sexual orientation or national origin everyone has the right to have control over how they chose to live as they approach the end of life. After all this is a time in life where Moments Matter Most!

Hospice care is devoted to easing the physical pain and emotional upset caused by life-limiting illness while assisting the patient and their loved ones to live life to its fullest. Since our hospice is focused on living as fully as possible, we believe the earlier a hospice care program is implement the greater the benefits to patients and their families.
